For large populations, such as screening 20,000 individuals, this would require the collective effort of 40 professionals working for three weeks. In contrast, the AI-on-DM model can now complete the same assessment in just 25 seconds, achieving a staggering 14,400-fold increase in efficiency. This allows the system to evaluate 20,000 cases in under 90 minutes.
The model not only expedites the assessment process but also enhances the quality of care by flagging potential data patterns for clinicians. This capability helps doctors intervene before complications arise, thereby improving patient outcomes.
