A new lawsuit has made the explosive claim that actress Riley Keough, granddaughter of Elvis Presley, is the biological mother of John Travolta's youngest son, Benjamin, who was born in 2010. The allegation surfaced in court documents filed on December 16, 2025, as part of an ongoing legal battle between Priscilla Presley's former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, and Priscilla's son, Navarone Garcia, over an alleged breach of contract.
According to the filing, Kruse alleges that Michael Lockwood, the ex-husband of the late Lisa Marie Presley, informed her that Kelly Preston had been unable to bear children. The lawsuit claims that Travolta and Preston previously used Lisa Marie's eggs to conceive, although it does not specify whether any resulting pregnancy was carried to term. The complaint further alleges that the couple later opted not to use Lisa Marie's eggs due to concerns about her past drug use, stating they did not want "eggs with heroin" on them.
As an alternative, the lawsuit claims the couple used Keough's eggs, which she allegedly donated at the age of 21, in exchange for a used Jaguar and a payment between $10,000 and $20,000. The court documents include references to a handwritten note mentioning "CA fertility partners," "Ben Travolta," and "Kelly Preston carried baby," as well as a text exchange where Ben is referred to as Priscilla's "beautiful great-grandson.".
Priscilla Presley's legal team has strongly denied the allegations, calling them "shameful" and asserting that Kruse and her associates have crossed ethical lines in their pursuit of the lawsuit. Her attorneys stated that these recent allegations have nothing to do with the claims in the ongoing case and vowed to address the matter in court.
The lawsuit is part of a larger legal dispute involving Kruse and Fialko, who have been engaged in litigation with Priscilla Presley for over a year. In August 2024, Presley filed a $1 million lawsuit against them, alleging financial elder abuse. The following month, Kruse and Fialko countered with a $50 million lawsuit, claiming breach of business contracts and making accusations about the Presley family's private relationships.
The Travolta family has faced significant tragedy, with John Travolta and Kelly Preston sharing three children: Jett, who passed away in 2009, Ella Bleu, and Benjamin. Following Preston's death from breast cancer in 2020, the family has remained in the public eye, with Travolta often expressing his love and admiration for his late wife.
Representatives for Travolta and Keough have not publicly commented on the allegations. As the legal battle continues, the claims made in this lawsuit have drawn significant media attention, raising questions about the complexities of celebrity family dynamics and the implications of such allegations on the individuals involved.
The outcome of this lawsuit could have far-reaching effects on the Presley and Travolta families, as well as on the reputations of those involved in the case. As the legal proceedings unfold, the public will be watching closely to see how these serious allegations are addressed in court.
